According to a report I came across on MSNBC, US online gaming law may face WTO pressure. The story claims that the US government's position on online gambling unfairly discriminates against foreign internet gambling companies.
Last year, Antigua, and Barbuda won a World Trade Organization ruling that the US Laws on online betting broke international trade rules.
The European Union will be watching this play out as an "interested party," according to the article.
The US had until April of this year to bring its laws into compliance with WTO regulations.
