IMPLEMENTATION OF BOSS MEDIA AB’S DECISION BLOCK US PLAYERSFROM ACCESSING ITS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Remaining funds and locked accounts

To US Players 2006-10-10

As notified to you earlier, Boss Media AB cannot allow US players to access its products
and services due to the forthcoming ban on Internet gambling payment processing in the
United States. This means that no US players resident in the United States will be
allowed to play on any of the casino, poker or lottery products licensed from Boss Media,
or use any payment service provided by Webdollar. Boss Media AB estimate that the ban
on Internet gambling payment processing will be enacted Friday October 13.
Webdollar’s merchant bank has notified Webdollar (and the bank’s other customers) that
it will not accept any deposits or withdrawals from US players once the ban is enacted.
We therefore expect the bank to block all payments to US players no later than Friday
October 13.

We hereby confirm the measures set out in the information provided by Boss Media last
week. Boss Media blocked all US registrations on Boss Media licensed products by
Friday October 6, 23.00 (GMT). The second step in the implementation will be taken
Thursday October 12, 23.00 (GMT), by blocking all US players from playing on any
Boss Media licensed products. Deposits to Webdollar accounts by US players was
blocked on Friday October 6, 23.00 (GMT). On Thursday October 12, 23.00 (GMT),
Webdollar will block all withdrawals from Webdollar accounts by US players.
Boss Media and Webdollar will handle remaining funds in US player accounts according
to the following:

All player account sums held in the system by integration (non-Webdollar) partners,
including locked accounts, will be transferred to the partner after the players are blocked
from playing on Boss Media licensed products. Boss Media will transfer the funds to the
integration partners during the coming monthly settlement. However, Boss Media AB
reserves the right to set aside funds that are connected to player accounts under
investigation of chip dumping or collusion to cover for incoming chargebacks during a
six-month period. The funds set aside shall correspond to the anticipated chargeback
levels from such US players. All partners with players subject to such chip
dumping/collusion investigations will be contacted separately and more details will be
provided at a later stage.

For Webdollar partners, funds remaining in the player accounts after Thursday October
12, 23.00 (GMT) will be paid out to the players. All funds in player accounts connected
to Neteller, Firepay, and Click2Pay, will be paid out directly to the player provided the
account sum exceeds 1 USD and the account has been active during the last six months.
Locked accounts will remain locked and will not be paid out.

For Webdollar partners, all funds in player accounts NOT connected to Neteller, Firepay,
or Click2Pay, will be paid out directly to the player provided the account sum exceeds 20
USD and the account has been active during the last six months. (The level is set because
of the fees on withdrawals which make any smaller payments meaningless.) Locked
accounts will remain locked and will not be paid out.

Funds remaining in Webdollar player accounts after the measures described above have
been executed, including funds in locked accounts, will be paid out to the partner
provided of course that they have not already been paid out to the partner (inactive
accounts). However, Webdollar reserves the right to set aside funds in player accounts to
cover for incoming chargebacks during a six-month period. The chargeback reserve funds
shall correspond to the anticipated chargeback levels from US players. All partners
subject to chargeback reserve funds will be contacted separately and more details will be
provided at a later stage.

In the light of the above we ask all US players to withdraw any funds held in their
Webdollar account as soon as possible.
